• Taxpayer/spouse name
• Taxpayer/spouse date of birth
• Taxpayer/spouse SSN’s
• Taxpayer/spouse email address
• Taxpayer/spouse phone number
• Banking information -routing number, account number (if expecting a refund)

• NEW for 2020 Tax Return: Amounts of ALL Economic Injury Payments - even if the payment wasn't received until 2021

  • Not sure of your amounts? There are several ways to get them.

    • Sign up for an account at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment Then select "Get My Payment" to complete the sign up process. Please note: if you are filing jointly, the tax filer and spouse will both need to set up accounts to view the entire amount.

    • If you received your payments via direct deposit, you can check your bank statements.
